table for one

so, here i am. table for one that is.
was it what i expected? yes and no.
i still have trouble tunning into the present moment but discovering a different culture helps a little bit i guess.
you cannot ran away from your thoughts. they literally chase you everywhere. especially when you're by yourself. i have to face them now. and when i try turning my back on them, here they are - stronger than ever.
not even a week in Thailand and the first thing i ask myself is : what am i going to tell everybody when i come back? are my experiences worthy enough for them? did i do everything right? did i have enough courage to meet new people?
well, i guess it would never be enough. not to me.
i appreciate this time alone. but i long for someone to share it with. is this normal?
the coconut milk soup was great by the way. i got it at the market and ate it sitting at a table while this long haired thai guy was playing an electric guitar singing Tears In Heaven by Eric Clapton.
what more could you ask for in one of the most tourist, russian crowded places in Thailand.
Take care now and trust me, everything is fine.
